1. Turn ballscrew by hand and see if there is a load with power off. 2. Megohm the motor. 3. Monitor where overload occurs in relation to the axis, tool being used ect.

Axis tried to get to a position but could not reach that possition. This amount of error exceeded the parameters setting in the control. Could be many causes for this alarm. Check cables, load on axis, Megohm motor.
