OT003 - PLUS OVERTRAVEL (SOFT 2)
Alarm Description
1) When the tool was moving in the plus direction it entered the forbidden area of stored stroke limit 2. 2) When the tool lis moving in the plus direction, it entered the forbidden area of the chuck/tail stock barrier.
Additional Suggestions & Alarm Clarification
You either overtraveled the machine or the machine does not know where it is. Power down and up and home machine. If it does not reach zero return position temporarily open up overtravel limits to allow a successful zero return. Be sure to change back parameters!
